Understand cohort needs, barriers, strengths and intended outcomes before designing delivery.
The REMIX Formula combines four connected pillars so young people can build capability, confidence and access at the same time.
Each programme can be adapted to age, cohort, partner setting and local need while keeping the same core philosophy.
Focus: practical knowledge for independent living.
Life skills sessions turn everyday situations into usable capability: understanding money, communicating professionally, using digital tools confidently and speaking up for yourself when it matters.
Focus: long-term, dedicated 1:1 and group guidance.
Mentoring provides continuity. Relationships are structured around clear goals, boundaries and regular reflection, helping young people turn intention into action without creating dependency.
Focus: mental and physical health literacy.
Wellbeing is treated as part of progression, not an optional extra. Sessions help young people recognise stress, understand emotions, build healthier routines and know when to seek further support.
Focus: direct connections to professional progression.
The Accelerator makes opportunity visible and usable through employer engagement, university exposure and structured practice in the situations young people may face next.
REMIX programmes are designed to feel vibrant and relevant while still giving partners confidence in consistency, safeguarding and measurable outcomes.
