Skills. Mentoring. Wellbeing. Opportunity.

The REMIX Formula combines four connected pillars so young people can build capability, confidence and access at the same time.

The REMIX formula

One model. Four connected pillars.

Each programme can be adapted to age, cohort, partner setting and local need while keeping the same core philosophy.

01
Essential competency

Life Skills

Focus: practical knowledge for independent living.

Life skills sessions turn everyday situations into usable capability: understanding money, communicating professionally, using digital tools confidently and speaking up for yourself when it matters.

02
Nurturing guidance

Mentoring

Focus: long-term, dedicated 1:1 and group guidance.

Mentoring provides continuity. Relationships are structured around clear goals, boundaries and regular reflection, helping young people turn intention into action without creating dependency.

03
Resilience

Health & Wellbeing

Focus: mental and physical health literacy.

Wellbeing is treated as part of progression, not an optional extra. Sessions help young people recognise stress, understand emotions, build healthier routines and know when to seek further support.

04
Opportunity

Pathway Accelerator

Focus: direct connections to professional progression.

The Accelerator makes opportunity visible and usable through employer engagement, university exposure and structured practice in the situations young people may face next.

How delivery works

High energy, with structure underneath it.

REMIX programmes are designed to feel vibrant and relevant while still giving partners confidence in consistency, safeguarding and measurable outcomes.

01

Diagnose

Understand cohort needs, barriers, strengths and intended outcomes before designing delivery.

02

Deliver

Use practical, participatory sessions rather than passive information-heavy workshops.

03

Reinforce

Use mentoring, reflection and real-life practice to help learning stick.

04

Evidence

Track change using BASK and report clearly on participation, development and progression.

Bring REMIX to your setting

Schools, colleges, community groups and employers can all be part of the pathway.

We can shape delivery around the age group, setting and outcome while protecting the REMIX Formula at the core.
